PRODUCTS

Each product sold on the manoircuriosites.com website is handmade in the
Manoir. It is systematically presented in the product sheet before purchase. In this sheet, you will find all useful information such as size, material, etc., as well as photos. Please note that in the case of an item reproduced multiple times (bookmarks,
magnets, jewelry, etc.), slight differences may appear as each item is handmade.

PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. I am not currently subject to VAT, so it is not charged to you in the price. The Manoir reserves the right to modify its prices at any
time. Obviously, the price paid by the buyer at the time of their order will remain unchanged. The indicated prices do not include delivery fees.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your purchases by credit card or directly with your Paypal account.

DELIVERY FEES

They are not included in the item price and are charged in addition to the price of the purchased products based on the total weight of the order. If you order multiple items, shipping costs may be overestimated. In this case, I will refund any excess.

DELIVERY

Your order is generally dispatched within one week (during a "normal" week, without public holidays or different and exceptional stipulations on the product sheet). Flat shipments are sent by
tracked letter with La Poste. The tracking number will be provided to you by email along with your shipping notification. For parcels, you have the choice between La Poste and Mondial Relay.

CUSTOMS

Any customs fees are not included in the order price and will be at the customer's expense. I cannot be held responsible for an amount to be paid upon delivery or for a delay due to
transport and/or customs. Orders are shipped from France.

DELIVERY PROBLEM, RETURN, CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE

You can cancel your order in case of an error, such as a duplicate, or for no reason to give me, within 2 hours. After this period, as I may have started processing your order, it will no longer be possible. I do not offer exchanges.

In case of a delivery problem: if you have not received your package, please be patient, it may sometimes get lost in the distribution networks but still find its way. I will not be able to do anything to speed things up once the package/item is entrusted to the carrier. However, if it does not arrive within 15 days (for France), do not hesitate to contact me!

In case of breakage: contact me immediately upon receipt of your package/envelope and send me photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging carton. I will not accept any claim more than 48 hours after receipt of your package.

Depending on the product and the breakage or non-delivery, it may be replaced, partially or fully refunded… depending on the specific case.

If your item is not suitable, contact me. Pursuant to article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, it is possible to return an order within 15 days in its original, intact packaging and at your expense. If the return is compliant, you will be refunded.

In accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, personalized orders cannot be returned. Orders containing a download or a gift card with a code cannot be refunded or canceled.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Manoir company, in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the www.manoircuriosites.com site are and remain the
intellectual and exclusive property of the Manoir company and the person who represents it. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual, or text.
