2. HOW TO ORDER?

* Shipping costs will be calculated based on your country and the weight of your order, directly in your cart. You can choose between La Poste and Mondial Relay. If the shipping costs you pay are ultimately less expensive than calculated by the website (by more than €0.99), the difference will be refunded to you.

* All shipments are now made with mandatory tracking. In case of a (rare) problem, such as a damaged or undelivered package, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible! (2 weeks max after reception)

3. DELIVERY TIME?

Orders are processed within approximately one week. During busy periods, such as around Christmas, this delay may be longer as I manage everything alone, but I promise to do my best.

4. NEW RELEASES

New items are released approximately 1 to 2 times a month. Generally, on Sundays at 8 PM, but this may change! In any case, I always announce new products in advance, as well as the date and time on Instagram! So I invite you to follow me.

5. SECURE PAYMENT?

Yes! By card or directly with your Paypal account.

6. LOYALTY BENEFITS?

When you open an account at the Manor, your purchases turn into points. €1 = 1pt, and you receive a €5 voucher for every 100 pts. You can find all the details on the Loyalty page.

I no longer take reservations. But... read on!

8. CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you have a particular idea? Don't hesitate to contact me!! I no longer make pentacles or crowns on request, but it is still possible to customize all other products. Tell me what you would like by email: manoir.curiosites@gmail.com or via the contact form, and I will reply within 24 hours! Please be as precise as possible so I can give you a timeframe, a price, etc.
